Both my 10 year old washer and dryer needed repairs. The estimate was certainly cheaper than having to buy new ones. George did a great job. I will certainly recommend this company to my friends.

The Samsung dryer had no heat. I called Captial Appliance Repair and they scheduled a technician the next day. Youri arrived on time, was very courteous, described the potential problems, diagnosed the issue, explained it carefully, and completed the repair. He also explained how to prevent other issues from arising and checked the dryer venting. He was thorough and efficient. A very good job!

Top of the line Bosch dishwasher developed loud grinding sounds and stopped working. Capital Appliance called, arrived next day, provided quote, ordered parts and came back five days later to complete the repair. Excellent service from technician. Highly recommend.

Juri from Capital appliance repair Came to fix the washing machine that would not run due to an lC1 error. He took the time necessary to diagnose the problem at the root cause and make sure that it was fixed properly. The washing machine was repaired without any expensive parts needed. Just a little bit of extra elbow grease!! He went above and beyond to make sure that was done properly. I would recommend his services to any of my friends and family.

Victor (Viktor) was on time, totally understood the problems, and was quick with the correct solutions coupled with his hard work.

He saw the issue, and zeroed-in on the cause of the problem and got it fixed for us and gave advice how to prolong the life of our fridge/freezer. Can't say enough. :-)

Repair man arrived when expected, diagnosed the problem quickly, told us there were 2 parts available in Toronto, he would be back in a week. That was 3 weeks ago. I called several times, was told I would get a call back, never did. Called back was put on hold and disconnected. Called back and was finally told the part was on back order would not be available for ‘weeks’, why did it take 3 weeks to tell me? I asked to speak to a supervisor, the operator told me that was impossible due to lockdown. I asked for a number, she refused, put me on hold mid sentence where I was disconnected. I asked for a refund and was told they would mail a cheque, really!! They took my deposit immediately via visa and they’re going to send me a cheque. Very rude operator, very shady company do go near them. Wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy.

I was having issues with my Dryer and called Capital Appliance Repair to come to take a look and diagnose the problem. The company tried to cancel on me last minute the day of, I was not impressed! When the technician finally did show up to my house he was here for a total of 15 minute turned on my dryer once and listed out a bunch of issues it could be. He wouldn't do any tests on the dryer or even pull it apart/look at it. I asked him multiple times to do a test on the burner as he told me they easily could do that but he didn't want to do it that night because it was "late and his end of shift" he told me if I wanted the test done I would have to pay the service fee again ontop of the $112 I just paid for him to basically hangout. Since there was so many possibilities on what the issue could be I asked him if he could email me an quote for the possible repairs so I can decide. This was on Wednesday and I still have not heard back from the company, I tried called on Thursday to speak with a manager and I was hung up on twice and told someone would call me back on Friday. It's now Sunday and I haven't hard back from a manager, they won't answer there phones anymore and I still haven't received my quote for the possible work. In the mean time of this company wasting my time I was actually able to hire a reliable company to come in and fix my dryer all in the time I'm still waiting for a response from Capital Appliance Repair. HORRIBLE COMPANY!! THEY HAVE HORRIBLE SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME

Both refrigerator ice maker and stove had problems. The technician carefully analyzed each one, did some tests and made some very useful recommendations that we have chosen to follow. We are very satisfied with the professional courteous service.

Outstanding service by the technician George. Courteous, knowledgeable, thorough and expedient. We were extremely satisfied with Capital Appliance Re-air and would highly recommend them. I would not recommend a Samsung refrigerator! The reasonable repair cost certainly outweighed the replacement cost, considering our unit is less than 7-years old.
