Booking was simple, and repairman showed up right on time. Very professional, quickly diagnosed the issue and scheduled the follow-up to complete the repair once parts arrived (less than a week). Very glad I didn't try to a do-it-yourself Youtube approach :)

Late January I had several service people some from this company and tried several things to fix my Samsung dishwasher with an Error code 1e.
Finally after the 3rd visit they said it would cost me over 400 dollars to fix it. After all the visits I did not have any faith in them that this would fix my problem so I advised them I would not have them repair the dishwasher. This is what I did.
I purchased a 60 dollar part for my Samsung Dishwasher and my son of 25 installed it without to much trouble and the dishwasher is now working.
All he did was check the manual online for Samsung Dishwashers and my model and I ordered the part on Amazon, had it in two days, free shipping as well.
Due to his little experience had installed it within an hour.
The service people you have working for you are not very well trained in determining the cause of an Error Code 1e which according to the manual was an easy fix. Not anything that your service people thought it might be.

I know these service people first language is not English, however they do work for you and should have fixed this

We had used your Company a few years ago for our Washer and this time our Dryer was not working.
We called yesterday April 24th and had an appointment for between 3 and 5 today April 25th.The Technician called and was here early (around 2:15) and diagnosed the problem as a broken belt and had one in his truck and replaced it and tested it and all was good.
He was very polite, smart and helpful and we were very happy.
We certainly would use your Company again.

Rodent damage to the wire harness threatened to be a very expensive repair. However, Yuri was able to quickly locate the damaged wires and repair them in a 24 hour turnaround, so we had our dishwasher fixed for Easter weekend.

Arthur replaced our ice maker for our fridge, and replaced our pump in washer. The amount noted is for everything, diagnosis, replacements, labour. Best quote from any company. Another company told me not to bother with my ice maker would cost me alone of $500+ and its very nice to see that it did not. Thanks for the great service!

Repaired our stove with no problems except the short wait on a part for an old appliance.
Our Technician was obviously an expert. Fast, efficient and no nonsense.
He was friendly and offered helpful advice on caring for our appliance.

We received rapid, same day service on our washing machine. The technician was polite, efficient and thorough in detecting and repairing our problem. He explained what had happened and why. He cleaned up any mess that was made and had no problems answering all our questions.

The dishwasher was not working so I called Appliance Repair. They sent someone to figure out the problem the same day. He quickly identified the problem and ordered the new part. The part was quickly installed the next day . The kitchen was left in spotless condition..all broken parts and wrapping were removed.

Yesterday I discovered that my clothes dryer would not start. I called Capital Appliance around 8:30 a.m. this morning and the technician arrived around noon. It took only 20 minutes to diagnose and fix the problem. This is excellent same-day service.

Technician quickly diagnosed the problem and provided realistic advice and solutions. Ultimately it didn't make sense to fix the device due to cost of the part - but appreciated the technician's advice and service. Good value for money. Seemed very honest with no attempt to up sell.
