Rasit and his team were professional and courteous from the get go. Communication was excellent and pricing was fair. Rasits team kept a very clean work site, had excellent attention to detail and finished the project in the time estimated. Rasit was also able to correct mistakes made by previous contractors. We are very happy with the work and several neighbours have already commented on the quality! We would not hesitate to use Holistic Contracting again or refer to friends and family. We had removed a gate from our stucco wall and were left with holes in the stucco that needed to be covered. Rasit was extremely knowledgable and honest in regards to what what repair method would be best. He did advise us that the color may not match 100%, as the stucco on the remainder of the house was over 20 years old.
We were very pleased with the final results. The color matched perfectly and the stucco was like new, no holes were visible.

After having a few issues with some of the contractors from Homestars with high ratings; I started my project with Holistic contracting Stucco and Stone with some concerns!
Rasit and his team for sure have been some of the best contracting companies I have worked with in my life. His schedule is more like a military team and extremely well organised. He proceeds with the plan as scheduled and understandably only bad weather can stop his team from the plan. The workmanship is second to none and I am very picky and fussy in approving the final finish and always try for perfection. He let you choose the material and will get you involved in all details . I have a few quotes for my job and I am really happy to choose Rasit's team. He provides you the best value for money (which maynot be the cheapest) end job. He is a credit to Homestars and is the only reason I may still go back to Homestars for contractors. Rasit can let you come and see my house to see the job from close distance. I was looking for an honest experienced professional to renovate the exterior stucco of my house, which had some parts that were failing badly. It wasn't easy finding someone honest and reliable and after a long search and several mishaps I came across Holistic Contracting managed by Rasit. Rasit came and assessed the situation and explained the options for restoration and gave me detailed work plan and breakdown of cost, which appeared realistic and reasonable by comparison with the others.
I couldn't be more pleased with the project from start to finish. I know that sometimes I could be very demanding, but Rasit was very accommodating and very easy to deal with. We are very happy that we selected Holistic to re-do the stucco on our 2 storey house and porch. At our first meeting, I mentioned that the goal was to refresh the stucco so that it looked like a brand new house..and that is exactly what we got. Rasit and team did a fantastic job. Many neighbours have commented on how good it looks. Rasit was also very helpful recommending a roofer to fix some damage that was discovered during the stucco work.and with recommending a caulking contractor. We would highly recommend Holistic.

Right from the start, Rasit showed up for his client.

Initially, we were looking for stucco repairs as part of a windows replacement project. When Rasit showed up, he did a walk-around with us and thoroughly assessed the current state of the stucco around the house. The bad news was it looked like we needed to do more than what we had in mind. The good news was that Rasit provided recommendations and pros and cons so we made an educated decision. And I'm glad we did.

The job was completed in 6 weeks through which there were some surprises. But Rasit showed up every day and kept us in the loop. He even contacted other trades he knew and trusted on our behalf when we needed them to keep the project on track.
