Rushed through the clean, took my cleaning
I agreed to three cleaners for 1.5 hours, for a total of 4.5 hours. First, spoke almost no English so it was impossible to communicate with them. Then they wanted me to help them find parking. I let them park in my underground parking spot. Then they wanted to use my cleaning supplies, even though Sopio told me repeatedly that they would bring their own. Not only did they use my cleaning supplies, they took my cleaning spray (I hope by accident), which I use everyday to clean practically everything. And they left 10 minutes early, but expected to be paid the agreed rate. I didn't haggle because I just wanted to be done. They also did a sloppy job. I kept finding dust in corners, on the kitchen countertops and other surfaces after they left.

thanks for your time to get a review for us!1. about parking! the concierge said we don't have a visitor parking right now and please go to another building to parking there, so when i talked to u about that u were agreed and parked the car, ( i thought it wasn't big deals)
2. supplies!! when we provide the supplies and equipment we have enough for using by costumers , have also heavy dirty supplies... i don't think so the ladies took it,
3.early leaving! i spoke to u when they should leave and it was exactly 1,5 hrs each, and i was asking u to add 15 min or 30 min to finish the job properly! but u said. I CAN FINISH IT MY SELF!
