Dimitry (in Hamilton, Ontario) was thorough, efficient and very professional. He took apart our 15 year-old washer to determine why it wouldn't spin. He found the smallest part that was broken, where most repairman would probably give up and recommend we buy a new washer.
He purchased the parts needed and came back the same day to repair - on a Friday night. His dedication to the job was fantastic. I have recommended Dimitry and MAX Appliance Repair to all my neighbours.
