Recently got all my windows & doors changed by Ivory Windows & Doors. First of all, great customer service and engagement by everyone there from the first step booking an appointment with Tony all the way to installation with Chris and his team. It took about ~ 10 weeks from confirmation to installation and for the installation the windows took ~ 8 hours and the doors took ~3 the next day. They cleaned the garbage from each room and fixed any cracks or holes left in the drywall. Not only can you notice a huge improve from the original windows & door (comparison picture), but we already notice our home retains more
heat. I'm still waiting on my patio door to be installed, but I expect that
will be in the coming weeks due to manufacturing delays.
I would recommend Ambia for anyone looking to change their windows and doors. They were highly professional and came off as honest. They even recommended a few changes that lowered the quote from what I had initially wanted.
