Disappointment with finished job, workmanship and customer service
I can not begin to describe the disappointment I have with this company.
I hired them to put on a metal roof, what should have been my final roof, so I never have to deal with it again. They assured me they are a high quality company.
The 50 year warranty is worthless. Once they receive their money you will never be able to contact them again.
They assured me the roof would be checked so that any damage would be fixed before the metal roof goes on. This was not done. They just cover all issues with the metal and hope you never go into the attic and see the damage. Water penetration, hole put through the roof, probably by a foot and just covered by the metal roof, instead of it being fixed.
Bent metal pieces, so that water gets through, doesn't look good and if you go onto the roof you will get cut by the ragged edges.
They will take your first phone call when you explain these issues and promise you the world in fixing them, then they will ignore all messages, e-mails, etc. till you just go away. Stay away from this company with their shoddy workmanship and none existent customer service, once they have your money.
