This was supposed to be a simple DIY weekend project until it went horribly wrong. After two years of staring at a constant reminder of my failure, I finally found Ronal at FGS and he absolutely came to the rescue!
He was able to completely remove grout that had hardened for two years, completely covering a glass and stone mosaic backslash, behind my gas range (meaning food splatter and grease) and restoring it to how the original installation was supposed to look. Fantastic!
He was easy to communicate and work with. I absolutely recommend him for your grout related service needs.
