We highly recommend North Star Pest Control. Shakil came in a timely manner, explained what he would be doing and did a thorough fumigation of our kitchen and powder room. Also did a light application for the basement kitchen and bathroom at no charge!

Shakil and the team at North Star came to our home to get rid of squirrels that had gotten into the void space of our top floor. It was urgent because the air exchanger for the AC is located where the squirrels were scratching. We were worried about them damaging wires or worse! Shakil arrived and easily discovered the 2 access points on to which they installed 1 way doors. A few weeks later they returned to replace the doors with permanent wire mesh that will keep the squirrels out. Plus a 3 year guarantee! Fast friendly and professional service!

The most cost effective solution with good communication. They came and did the work post haste. They explained everything to me and showed me what was expected. There was a slight change after the install but they went along and undid their work and then redid it to accommodate. That was well appreciated.

We caught a skunk in a live trap late at night without any idea how to let it out. They drove over an hour to let it out of the trap for us. They were very polite and offered unbelievable customer service.
