It has been approximately 3 weeks since I contacted North Star. I had heard scratching sounds periodically stemming from my attic. Shakiel diagnosed the sound and potential problem as mice. North Star treated my whole home including garage with a couple methods. I am happy to say I believe the problem has not returned. The service was professional from initial call through the treatment of my house. He is knowledgeable and gets the job done quickly with limited intrusion.
