North start came to my house after a day or so of me calling them to let them know I heard scratching between the walls of my house. Shaquille came, so professional and so knowledgeable about our situation. He looked through every corner of the house to think of possibilities and solutions. He provided the rat poison in a safe packaging and explained thoroughly what it does and how to keep our child safe from it.
