The initial walkthrough and estimate was very thorough with paperwork and answered all our questions. The emails to remind us where when we were next was handy too. On the actual day they arrived not only were they on time, but they were super friendly. We did the walkthrough at the end to make sure we were happy with it all before leaving. They truly put the Wow to the test and passed with flying colours.
