It was a delay of 8 weeks or so, but Travis kept me in the loop with constant calls, messages and emails advising of their updated plans. The goalposts kept moving but he was on top of it to keep communication with the customers. A welcome change from most companies.
When the painters were finally permitted to start the job they arrived on time and with a great attitude despite having new rules and regulations to follow. Rick, Adam and Maya were fast and efficient despite having to wear masks in 30 degree heat, which they simply powered through. I can’t thank them enough.
The final product was worth the wait. It looks terrific and was completed quickly with no mess. I highly recommend using WOW for your next project, you won’t regret it
