We were very happy with workmanship and final product (3 windows replaced in addition to being lengthened) and would absolutely recommend Scheel, despite having a glitch in the beginning of the project.
When the “lengthening” aspect of the project was happening, the contractors found electrical wiring that they didn’t know was there (and accidentally cut through an electrical wire). We were told an electrician would need to come in to rewire before they could move forward. We called Dominic right away to let him know what happened and after apologizing for the mishap he immediately worked on remedying the situation by sending over an electrician (within the same day). In addition to this, they offered and covered the bill for the electricians, as this would have been an unexpected expense for us.
The workers even offered to finish the job on a Sunday so n’ that we wouldn’t have to wait an extended period.
Mistakes happen, but it is not every company that would rectify/remedy a situation like this as efficiently as Scheel.
You can tell customer service is very important to the company. Dominic handled the situation professionally and left us feeling completely taken care of.
Would, hands down, use Scheel for future jobs and would highly recommend to others!
