Our installer Elliot was extremely professional, polite, courteous, knowledgeable with products & plumbing questions as it pertained to our hot water tank. He offered and gave us a leak proof alarm to avoid flooding situations in the future. He even went above and beyond by offering up a $200 coupon to go towards upgrading our furnace. I especially liked how fast the installation went, he even cleaned up after himself.
