We moved from Keswick to Guelph. The movers were on time, friendly and polite. They wrapped all our furniture with blankets and packed our valuables with care. They did a great job and we appreciate all there hard work, Definitely worth the money.

Urals provided excellent service. They were polite, professional, and diligent. My only "complaint" would be that they were "too careful" (yeah, I get how ridiculous that sounds). They wrapped all of our furniture in furniture pads and tapped it on. This meant there was essentially no risk of things getting damaged while being moved in and out of the house, no damage in transport, no scratches on the wall, etc. The cost is that it takes them longer, as they have to wrap everything up and unwrap it at the end.

The "complaint" part of this is that they did this even for our old, junky furniture that we would not have cared about. I cannot really call this a complaint, because I am not sure what they could do different, as it would be rather strange, and maybe rude, if they had asked "do you want us to wrap up this old chair?" I guess my advice to the customer would be that if there is anything you don't need them to be careful with, let them know.

So the message is that these guys are awesome, and provide very high quality service. There is no question that I would use them again.

From 9:00 am to 10:30 pm, Anton and his team worked diligently, efficiently, and took care dismantling and wrapping not just my three large antiques, but every item I was moving. And, then, with equal care and attention, they patiently reassembled the difficult to move pieces of furniture. They are, bar none, the best movers I’ve ever dealt with. Despite the very long day, they maintained their good humour throughout and were a delight. I highly recommend Urals Moving.

Urals team is lead by Anton was the best moving team I every had. They provided all the details for the move and did reminder follow up very professionally. Anton was very professional and on time and also very patient as I was closing on both places on the same day and this can be a little nerve racking but Anton lead his team well and all was done very quickly with no wasted time. They packing skills were incredible and all items including a lot of picture frames made it without a break.
The total cost of the move was exactly as per their quotes with no surprises.

We were moving to our new place and wow, I was pleasantly surprised at their efficiency. They showed up on time and always got back to me right away if I had any questions. Their pricing was very clear and concise, no hidden fees and no BS! We hired 3 guys for our move which was quite substantial and these guys did not waste any time. They were constantly working non-stop and were good at taking direction. They dissembled and assembled our furniture really quickly, wrapped everything in blankets and had everything from packing tape, dollies to wardrobe boxes. They were super careful with all of our stuff and did not damage anything. Their quote was very accurate and we are extremely pleased with their services!
