During booking, answered all our questions and concerns (and, we had many, as this was our first time using moving company). All important contract details were solidified with the email communications. They followed up with reminders and were flexible accommodating our changes requested during booking/estimation process. Very professional communications! Made it so less stressful for us.
On the day of the move: arrived on time, prepared and facilitated a careful move of all our furniture and boxes from a condo in Etobicoke (those of you living in condos know the strict rules for using common elements during the move!) to a house in Mississauga during an unexpected heavy storm. Hard-working, dedicated, helpful and responsible movers. Even assisted with assembling/disassembling the furniture over and above the planned work. Thank you, Anton, Artyom, Denis!!!
