I have used Perry Rose twice in the last two years in Newmarket - first to prune two overgrown trees last year and then just recently to cut 2 trees down. During both jobs, the team did a great job, was very pleasant to work with, arrived when they said they would and did a great job overall. James , the owner, is a great guy to deal with and quick to respond to enquiries. Gives you upfront pricing, tells you exactly what he will do and cleans up well after. Both my neighbors have also used their services. I highly recommend Perry Rose to anyone who wants to work with a great bunch of good, honest guys.

They cheaped out on the trees. They didn’t plant them deep enough so they didn’t make it through the winter. I called Multiple times in the spring and I’m still waiting. Their customer service is terrible. I wouldn’t recommend them.

We hired James and his team to re-level our interlocked driveway. James was very professional and eager for the job. He assured up (and shared reviews) that he was capable of taking on the job. However, the job proved more than he could handle. The driveway came with a 1 year warranty. Almost right away we saw sinking in the driveway again. We called James, and he promised to come and fix the driveway. Two years later, we are still waiting. We call, and our calls go right to voicemail. He has blocked our numbers. Our next step will be to file a claim with small claims court.

James, Brayden and company very professional prompt, efficient. Worked with interest, safely and cleaned area to expectations. Guys were great with my grandchildren . My highest recommendations to Perry Rose.

James and his crew did a great job on removing branches (two of the trees were touching hydro lines) which were hanging over my house. They also removed two small trees from my backyard. They were very efficient and cleaned up my front and backyard really well. I will be using them in the spring for some landscaping work. Thank you James and Brayden!

Called James last minute and he serviced our request with in a couple days . The job was precise / clean and team was very respectful . I would hire them again in a heartbeat . They provided all certificates and safety standards at the time of our first meeting . Happy with all of it .

From the outset Perry Rose Tree Services stood out heads above the other so-called reputable Arborist companies I called to have some tree felling done. They were in fact the only Company to even return my call for assistance. They came out to inspect the trees the very next day and manually removed the branches that had broken off in a huge windstorm, making my Deck safe. They returned to undertake the felling of two dead trees that were a pending danger and cleared overhanging material. Not only were they incredibly professional and thorough, but their fee was extremely reasonable and they cleaned our property beautifully and removed all material. I won’t bother calling any other Company for future work, Perry Rose will be my “go to” Company.
