Went there today at their branch at decarie with my son to buy a topload washing machine I was approach by Mohammed we checked the machines they had and we picked one he said he had instock,he then took us to his desk to complete the transaction he took all the info gave us a delivery date the machine cost $1255.46 I paid with my debit card as soon as it was approved he said the machine disappeared we waited 25 minutes he was checking the computer, I got up went back to the floor and chose another model he said they didn't have it then he chose one that was more expensive I told him I didn't want to pay more just refund me back my money he said we will send you a check in 5 business days then i ask to speak to the manager he said Patrick he is over there I went over he was on his phone got off the phone and completely ignored me when i said I needed my money back he said you canceled the machine you get a check in 10 business days, he was very rude when i ask do I have to call the police to get my money just put back in my account he said he will call the police for me, I have never delt with such dishonest people like that before it ruined my whole day because am in desperate need of a washing machine they didn't have it they shouldn't take my money and behave like that. I called the call center no help eather just one person on the phone telling me how sorry she is didn't offer any solutions except i will get a check in 10 to 14 business days everyone of them has a different version. I wouldn't recommend that place to anyone because if this is not fraud i don't know what is. So will call the consumer protection because they should just put my money right back into my debit account so i could go elsewhere and get a machine not wait 10 to 14 business days because their only solution is to charge me more. The first machine they charge me for and they don't have they charge me $95 for delivery then the more expensive one they are trying to sell me patrick said to well pay $180 for delivery and i will get it.if you don't have the product why take the money.
