Absolutely brilliant inspector!
Mitch has been absolutely brilliant to work with. When we cancelled an inspection on a condo that we were not proceeding on due to poor reserve funds, he was both understanding and supportive. When we hired him for a house inspection the following week he was extremely helpful in terms of suggestions of what we should consider beforehand. The inspection process itself was comfortable and worry free as he was amazingly thorough in his exploration of the house as well as genial and personable in relaying his findings. His depth and breadth of knowledge of the various components of the buildings was clearly evident, and as he walked us through the property he provided clear explanations of the issues and gave us realistic options for dealing with any defects. We will not hesitate in recommending Mitch to anyone needing an inspection.
