Elias came to my house to fix my toilets as two of them were not pumping well anymore and one of them was leaking. I spoke with him on the phone prior to my appointment and he gave me a window of when he was going to arrive. I told him I was working from home and in meetings and he worked around my schedule. When he arrived, he was very professional and explained everything upfront in terms of what he was going to do. He was very transparent with the cost of both repairs and I was very happy with his service.
I will definitely be using him again as he was very open and honest the entire time. Highly recommend his service.
