Was charged for a 15 minute chat and no service renderred.
Called to ask for an explanation of the invoice. 3 times no callback.
FInally got a hold through email and was belittled for not knowing how a business is run and amazed that I thought they would send some for "free". Every quote i've ever had was free in l fairness.
Told the accounts manager that I will pay the fee but I will also consult BBB as I felt weird about the whole situation . Well that brought the emotinal response out. Manager then proceeded to craft some story about me threatening her to void my bill. I can assure you, this was never mentioned once, I just wanted clarification and told her I would consult the BBB since I didnt think it was fair to pay for something that never transpired.
Google review left and she responded in an incredibly rude fashion. Technician was great to be fair, their issue is the entitled owner that can't possibly accept responsibility.
