Furnace family was great from the start. The booking agent was kind and able to book a technician in right away.
The Technician, Scott, and apprentice, Ethan, arrived 5 mins before their scheduled time. They put on little boot covers when they came in. They listened attentively to the concerns and asked great questions about when the issue was most obvious, and things. Great detective work.
Sadly, not good news on the furnace. However, they were kind about how they presented the bad news and showed multiple images showing the issues of breakdown and concern. And why they recommend replacing the 30 year old furnace. They promptly sent two quotes and the cost of replacing the furnace and motor. Discussed the features snd benefits. Then reminded us that the service call would be credited if we bought a new unit from them in the new 30 days.
