From the beginning to the end of the air conditioning installation, Aaron and everyone I dealt with at Furnace Family were wonderful to deal with. Aaron took the time to address all my queries and concerns. Did a fair bit of research, and obtained several quotes but Furnace Family offered both the best value and the best solution: a quiet, compact, energy-efficient Daikin Fit. The installation proved to be more challenging than anticipated (due to the house itself) meaning that what should have been a one day job ended up taking four. Furnace Family took the time necessary to get the job done with no complaints, no rushing, no cutting corners. Would certainly recommend them to anyone and will be using them again in the future for HVAC work.
