My furance did not work and Family Furance sent the service tech Chandler to my house. After a couple minutes found out why my furance did not operate. He used the scope to check my furance heat exchange and found there was the crack. He recommand the replacement of the furance.
He spent time to explain with patience to answer my questions. And made the schedule to replace the furance next morning.
