We contacted Thomas from Amplify over the weekend on October 1. Both Gam and Bill arrived promptly on October 3 as agreed. We were pleased by the fact that they would promptly come on site to discuss an action plan and to provide an accurate quote afterwards. Both Thomas and Bill provided very strong communications with us throughout the project. We are impressed with the high quality of workmanship on the repair works. We would have provided perfect score to the team (Gam, Bill and Frank) if not for the delayed start of the project due to the fact that this team was reassigned to another project unexpectedly at the last minute. This delayed start resulted in the team wrapping things up in the dark. We definitely would recommend this team for your repair projects.
