These guys came in within 1 day diagnosed and fixed the problem .

Repair gas range

Gas Line Installation review in Toronto

Had a issue with my Whirlpool gas range, where the stove was completely dead . Contacted a few companies and after discussing the issue there was no further contact . I contacted man with a wrench. If I could give this company a higher score I would . They ALWAYS contacted me when they were close to arriving, they always arrived in the appointment window . Anyone I talked to over the phone was so professional. Josh was so persistent in fixing this oven, when I’m well aware they could of just waved a white flag , and surrendered.

Dishwasher repair

Dishwasher valve replaced in a timely professional manner. Part valued at a few dollars but labor charge was excessive as repairmen had to travel from Pickering to Scarborough and back to obtain part. My advice is to inquire how labour charge will be calculated before having any service performed.

When it comes to our labour, we do have minimal labour amounts that are preset, but they do ensure that the part does come with warranty which excludes any future charges if the same part fails. Efficient Friendly service

I have called Man With a Wrench for appliance repair for 2 separate properties. In each case Alex arrived on time and provided an accurate and reasonable quote. In one instance the repair (an oven thermostat replacement) was performed after the part had been ordered and received. In the second instance, a freezer repair, Alex went over the costs of the repair, the likely lifespan of the freezer, and offered advice on the available options.
His pleasant and polite manner made both experiences great and I would certainly contact the company for future jobs.

Service Call for Miele Dishwasher

Our Miele dishwasher is under warranty with Caplan Appliances. We couldn’t get the dishwasher to change cycle programs. So last month they sent Oleg from Man With A Wrench. I have never received such amazing service!!! Oleg was friendly, and most importantly, so knowledgeable about our dishwasher. He fixed it without a problem and took time to show me how to troubleshoot incase I found myself in a similar situation. I felt very comfortable having him in my house and will call on them again without hesitation. A definite ‘Highly Recommended’ from us!

Excellent service, second time in a row

I had the broiler element replaced in my oven. It was fast, easy and it works great now. The installers were professional, on time and didn't leave a mess. I can't ask for more than that.

The same company repaired a leak in my dishwasher 6 months ago and it's still working great. I'm happy to have access to such a reliable company.

Dishwasher repaired

My dishwasher was leaking. The service guy came when they said he would, identified the problem and ordered the part I needed. Came back to install it a few days later. The whole process took a bit longer than I’d expected, but I haven’t had a repeat of the problem.

I have had a few really great service people work in my home over the years and Alex is definitely one of them . He’s The kind of person you can really depend on to do get it right. He listens carefully to what the problem is and he is completely dedicated to making it right for you and as a highly skilled technician he knows how to make it happen. He has a very keen eye for detail and cares a great deal about the kind of work he does — and he is very easy to get along with . I highly recommend him and his company’s services .

Fridge and Washing Machine Repair

Prompt and great service. Very reliable. Our washing machine was leaking and our fridge made rather loud noises. 'Man with a Wrench' took care of both problems really fast. Would definitely recommend his services.
