Service Call for Miele Dishwasher
Our Miele dishwasher is under warranty with Caplan Appliances. We couldn’t get the dishwasher to change cycle programs. So last month they sent Oleg from Man With A Wrench. I have never received such amazing service!!! Oleg was friendly, and most importantly, so knowledgeable about our dishwasher. He fixed it without a problem and took time to show me how to troubleshoot incase I found myself in a similar situation. I felt very comfortable having him in my house and will call on them again without hesitation. A definite ‘Highly Recommended’ from us!
