Outstanding service with Locksmith Express! Rado was very accommodating and helpful. I'm located out of town, but reached out to Rado after my elderly mother who lives within the service area of Locksmith Express reported a break-in/broken lock. Rado was there without delay, addressed the situation, and totally restored my mother's sense of security. Rado reminds me of the truly helpful tradesmen of days gone by. So happy to have found him and I highly recommend Locksmith Express.

Rago answered the phone and quoted over the phone, arrived at the appointed time promptly, rekeyed several locks and replaced a deadbolt in good time. He even fixed poor work from previous tradespeople, which he didnt have to. Above and beyond. Exemplary professionalism.

Radoslav was great! He was quick to respond to my messages and addressed all my questions and concerns. We had some old locks that needed to be replaced, Radoslav not only did that, but he fixed some parts we were not aware of and did not charge us extra for it. He was very professional and punctual. Thanks a lot Radoslav, we will be calling you again to have the new locks installed when we change our doors.

Rado installed 2 Eufy locks and 1 deadbolt for a sliding door. All done with precision. For 1 of the Eufy locks he had to make a deadbolt which was no issue

The door was not closing to enable the latch to lock... turned out the door was off center and Rado mad a minor fix!

My front door Medeco lock ceased. Rado was able to disassemble my lock and repair it - saving me the replacement cost of close to $1k. He also re enforced the hinges on this very heavy, solid oak door and professionally cleaned my lock.
He is professional, polite, organized and honest.
