Great communication, easy to book an appointment and was very patient setting up the Smart Lock. Rado was great. Was able to move me up in his schedule. Was able to replace internal mechanisms of an interior door and instead of replacing the entire handle and repaired a misaligned and faulty front door deadbolt and it's never functioned better. Highly recommended. Great experience all around. Thanks

Radoslav has done work on our home before and did an excellent job, so it was natural to contact him again to change an old lockset for a door leading onto a balcony. Quick and efficient, he offered to adjust the door as the house had shifted a bit. Also, the front door lockset that he installed a year ago he adjusted. We feel we got very good value overall.
