Holy Smokes! These people are not fooling around. I spoke to Radoslav on the phone at 12:47pm. The work was done very well and he was out my front door at exactly 2pm! He was friendly, super-efficient and went above and beyond.

Rado was very quick to respond from the moment I contacted him. I needed to rekey my home and scheduled an appointment. However, I had some delays and he was patient and accommodating. He was quick and efficient in rekeying my locks, and even went above and beyond in fixing my door so that the locks would be smoother to lock and unlock. He is friendly and professional. I will be calling him again if I need any locksmith services in the future and would highly recommend him to all my family and friends!

Radoslav responded to my message quickly and we were able to set up a mutually agreeable time for him to come to the house. I was not on site, and Radoslav had no issue with wearing a mask when I told him the tenant was concerned about that. This is crucial during the pandemic.
