I was pleased to use Radoslav and Express Locksmith services again. My front door lock needed replacing. Once again he didn't disappoint. He was able to accommodate my timing , arriving early and patiently waited. He was friendly, courteous and very capable. The lock was fixed quickly and the area cleaned before he left. Needed a replacement port for my husbands computer. Went in on Friday and he needed the computer for work in the States on Monday. The work was done within couple of hours and for the cost quoted. Great friendly service. Thanks!

I called and Rado was at my door within 45 minutes. He greeted me with a big smile and a handshake. He fixed my lock and noticed 2 small screws were missing from my deadbolt and at no extra cost added them and adjusted the deadbolt frame. Excellent service - highly recommended

Our gas hot water tank was leaking and we were shocked that after only 4 years it needed to be replaced. It was under warranty so we were looking for someone to come and install the new one. We have renters in the house and they had been without hot water for several days. I called Steve and within 5 minutes he had returned my call and assured me he could help. He said he would shuffle some scheduling to make sure he would have someone there to install the tank when the new one arrived. He quoted a price and even though the project ended up being more complicated than expected, he stuck to his quote! He called during the install to see how things were going and also the next day to make sure things were up and running. Peter worked very hard to make sure things worked out and did a very professional job. It was so refreshing dealing with Steve. He should teach a course on customer service! He obviously cares a lot about his customers, is very honest, knowledgeable and trustworthy. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Air in Motion for any heating or cooling job. Thanks again Steve!
