Fix Grip Set and replace hinges

I requested a job for someone to come fix my Grip Set handle (it was not working) and i ha a missing hinge.
5 min after my request Rado from LocksmithExpress called me and he was on his way by the time we were talking on the phone.
He came in 20 min. He open the door for me, Replaced the broken part. I think the term it's a latch that He replaced. Replaced my hinge as well,
