Architectural design on basement & rear extension
It was a pleasure working with Ben on our rear addition, and basement extension. He took care of everything from drawing, committee and permits.
Ben was very patient as we did changed our drawings a couple of times due to us being indecisive and the current economy.
He is very dedicated to his work, answered all our questions promptly, and works at a very quick pace.

My pleasure. When we started, the scope was complete second floor reno with new roof and rear two storey addition with 4 feet overhang on the entire side of the house. Furtunately, with our experience in the construction budget, we manage to help you make a decision which of course was to reduce the scope. Glad that you liked the design and the work. The rear addition is designed and speced in a manner to accomodate the rear second floor addition some time in future. Our work is not finished as we will help you with answering your questions during the construction. B well and keep us on top of your mind!
