It was great working with Ben. From the 1st he visited the house he was so generous sharing his ideas to us and how we can go with the process with this Project. He was very good on responding's to emails, call or text. You will not have to wait too long and he gets back to you right away. He updates us from time to time and always accommodating for any changes during the design process.
We highly recommend BBA DESIGN STUDIO INC ! For sure we will get his services again in the future .

Adding this size addition without going to committee of adjustments took a fair amount of time from us to make sure we comply with all aspects of the zoning bylaw and can save you application fees and the most importantly, time.
