Diagnosis of why the LG fridge is not cooling
The service man came, look at the backside of the fridge and determine that it was a compressor problem. He didn’t bother to check it was due to Freon leaking.
ARS technician came a few days. He determined and confirmed that the Freon system has leak (s).
The payment that I made on the service call should therefore be refunded.

As I explain to you over the phone, our tech found that your fridge have a gas problem not electric problem.
You dictate not to fix it and to bring additional company to declare the same result same gas problem and you didn't go with them for the repair.
