Amazing and quick!
Basically I called around 830 and was given a service window of 10-1pm. To my delight the serviceman arrived at 10:10 and the repair was complete by 1130! It was fast and well done and I would recommend without hesitation.
Thanks so much Igor and Roman for getting this done for me so quickly that I didn't even have to defrost my whole fridge.
