Air Conditioner Pm

Our technician (Quang) is a great employee .He comes in with a big smile and great with the family dog aka our security system. Not only is he very knowledgeable on the fixing our AC and our furnace and fireplace but he very helpful in answering our questions and giving tips to improve our heating and ac cost. Well done Quang you will always be welcome at our home.

AC Repair

AC was broken and the outdoor fan was no longer moving. Called in the morning and just after noon Shannon the mechanic showed up. He identified the problem in a few minutes, provided me with options and had the parts for a repair in his truck. AC was fixed in about 30 minutes and the house was liveable again.

Ac maintenance and dryer vent repair

Shannon arrived on time and performed the regular maintenance on my ac professionally as usual. He noticed an issue with my dryer venting and made the repairs necessary. He also cleaned out the dryer vent.

Annual air conditioner maintenance

Shannon inspected all elements of the system and then tested the unit to ensure it was working properly. Shannon is always diligent and thorough. He is very knowledgeable and never hesitates to answer our questions. His knowledge and demeanour are very professional.

AC leak repair

I called Anchor CC in order to have a water leak fixed from a recent AC installation. Shannon arrived promptly and fixed the leak with no further issues to date. Would recommend in a heartbeat.
