AC Maintenance

We have had Shannon here for many years doing our maintenance on our furnace, air conditioner and fireplaces. You couldn't send a nicer more reliable guy. It is always a pleasure when Shannon is here.

This time Shannon had a trainee with him and he had the patience to go through everything with him and help in his guidance. This trainee has a great mentor.

SHANON IS THE TECHNICIAN WHO ATTENDED JULY 12,2017, TO CHECK OUR AIR COND. UNIT. HE DEMONSTATED MUCH PROFESSIONALISM AND WAS ABLE TO CLEARLY EXPLAIN PROBLEMS RELATED TO OUR A/C. HE WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND DID NOT PRESSURE US INTO BUYING ANY PRODUCT RELATED TO THE BUSINESS. MY WIFE AND I WERE VERY PLEASED WITH HIS SERVICE AND WILL ENDEAVOR TO HAVE HIM ATTEND IF OTHER PROBLEM EVER PRESENTS ITSELF. WE WILL BE PURCHASING NEW UNIT. THANK YOU.

Annual inspection and cleaning

Matthew spent 3,5 hours in our home. It was his first visit here. He answered all of my questions very patiently and took the time necessary to show me what he meant. He was extremely thorough and very polite. I highly commend him for his work ethic and have no hesitations in giving him excellent recommendations.
