First audit - auditor was very pleasant and tried to explain a lot of things, but not so much as to listen as to what I have to say. Before, during and after the audit I clearly stated that I am more interested in rebate for home insurance from CMHC and not the regular Enbridge one. The whole time the Enbrdidge rebate program was what was pushed to me.
Post-assessment audit was only check, not real audit. Not very happy.
Another issue was that it was not clearly stated which water heaters will qualify for rebate.
Third issue was that on pre-assessment I was told if I execute certain items I will get certain rebates. Based on this I did more than originally planned. So all identified items complete and guess what - on the post assessment I am being told that I would get less because "for this house it will be really difficult to get" what I was told initially.
Overall - not satisfied and next time I will choose a different company.
