Due to leaky old windows, we called them to set up an appointment about replacing some of them. Well, were we ever pleased how this Company operates. We called in the evening to leave a message and within the hour, they called us back and set up an appointment the next day.
A gentleman by the name of Dustin came over and his professional manner, friendliness and attention to detail cant be beat. It was most pleasant. Dustin mentioned someone would be coming out here to measure the windows and, the very next morning, Rob, their Installation Manager and his boss, who was visiting here from the mainland, came as well. Again, so nice. Whoever does the hiring of their staff keep it up you are winners.
So if you are reading this review from Nanaimo, B.C. call them up if you are replacing windows or call for new build windows, you cant go wrong. They are awesome to work with and work all over the Island.
