Window technicians scratched over 10 brand new thermo panes of my windows and severely scratched my brand new patio door. The patio door looks like a cat attacked it. They should not be allowed to use scrapers on someone’s windows. Reaching out to the company with two emails they never responded so had to call them to return to address scratches and they never showed up on scheduled day. Had to call again and was put off to another day. They say they are insured and bonded but the owner makes no attempt to address the situation. looks like we may have to start a claim against this company as the only way to repair scratches is to replace the glass. Do not hire them.
