IB was originally recommended to us by our realtor. After hearing so many great things about him from our realtor and through online reviews we decided to hire him.
Everything about my experience with him was an absolute delight. From the initial phone call to hire him, up until the last few questions after I received the report he provided phenomenal customer service.
He was extremely detailed, focused and thorough in his inspection, yet still seemed to find the time to answer all of my questions and clarify things to me in a very professional manner. He pointed things out that I would have never thought of in a hundred years and went in to even more details than I would expect an inspector to go in to.
After the inspection, he promised us that the inspection report will be delivered the same day and he indeed followed up with his promise although he finished the inspection at a later time in the evening.
I recommend IB to everyone looking for an honest, detailed and affordable inspection. He's definitely the guy to hire for your biggest investment.
