It's been nothing but a positive experience! Renat and crew were very professional and the work that was done in the backyard was quicker than I expected! That being said, that did not deter from the quality of work and the results were better than what I envisioned! I had a lot of questions with regards to the project, but they were more than happy to provide them in detail! Otherwise, the process in determining and finalizing the project was quite simple and efficient.

Any future landscaping/outdoor renovations I have - I wouldn't hesitate to contact these guys again!

We had a challenging project. Our lot is steeply sloped and it was a very difficult demo removing old 6-foot tall retaining walls and endless amounts of grey concrete bricks. We got quotes from numerous contractors who tried to gouge us. AHS was the only company that gave us a quote that wasn't disproportionately marked up. Most importantly, they stuck to within $1,000 of the quote they gave. These guys are honest and have a sense of pride in their work. The quality of the work was A+, and I believe better than what other companies who would have charged more would have done. We are thrilled with the end result. Anton and the crew were diligent throughout and did a great job. They kept a very clean worksite, were respectful of the neighbours, and answered all of my many questions. I would recommend Action Home Services to anyone!

We were looking to have a patio in our backyard so we could enjoy the area more. After interviewing a few contractors, we settled on AHS. When Eugene came to look at the area and discuss what we were planning, he was patient and listened attentively. He gave a detailed estimate of the cost of the project. Furthermore, he added pictures of past projects where the patios had lights. I really liked how they looked and while it added a bit more money to the cost, it was an amazing addition. Even my husband who wasn't too thrilled initially is so happy we added this....thanks Eugene! When Esteban and his crew came to install the patio, they were polite, professional and cleaned up after they finished each day. They consulted us on the layout and position of the lights before installing. In fact, Esteban provided a suggestion for the lights which was different from what we were thinking, but in the end, we went with his suggestion and are so glad we did. They really know what they are doing. He also provided his suggestion for some pavers we wanted leading to the patio and in the end his layout really works. The work started on a Monday and was done by Friday with a day lost due to rain. We will definitely be hiring AHS when we are ready for our next project. We highly recommend them. Very professional and responsive. We are already enjoying the patio. Thank you AHS!

Replaced an 12 years old wood deck with a composite one. Added door to access storage under the deck and added privacy screens at each end. They build custom frames for privacy metal design screens that I had ordered separately as well. Team was on time, on budget, very professional and made sure that I was satisfied with all the work done and confirmed that they were building as per design all the way. Was done fast but well. I am very happy with their work. I have already booked them for fence work.

We are really happy with our new fence! The work crew was really good and answered all of our questions and concerns. They were courteous, tidy and finished the jobs on time. We would highly recommend.

Highly recommend AHS! The team completed a 2nd floor deck, cleared debris and dirt on the ground floor. Besides that my front house was also fully done (except for the driveway). At the front they have completed steps,flagstone work and in stone landscape lights. Kim provided me with the design and several options, which was a great thing to have options and see how exactly that would look. We also went through a several materials change due to unstable stock of the stones,but it turned out to be not so long,so that was not an issue for me. Awesome experience,will be in touch for interlocking patio too. Maybe next year or so

We are very pleased with the outcome of Action Home Services work at our backyard. They were recommended by our friends, and we will surely recommend them to others as well. We are really enjoying how our new patio looks like and how fast it was done.

Action Home Services did three projects for us. The biggest was the complete replacement of our back deck. Action did an excellent job — everyone we worked with was pleasant and helpful, efficient, cleaned up well and gave us good advice. The deck looks beautiful; we are looking forward to spring when we can actually use it! The paving and railings were done well, promptly and efficiently. Highly recommended. We are using them for another project in the spring.
