We hired Action Home to build a pool for us with the deck and interlock. The work they've done is amazing! Kin and Shilin did an amazing design for us! Renat, Esteban and Alex walked us through the project and answered all the questions. Definitely recommend!

I did a back yard renovation with Action Home services and they were a dream to work with. I really enjoyed working with the design team and they came up with the perfect design for my back yard. The final result more than exceeded my expectations and I'm really happy with the work.

We found AHS as an extremely professional company for landscaping needs. Dmytro and his team (Ross, Alex and Igor) did an excellent work pressure washing, sanding & sealing our front and back yard, and we're very impressed with the results. They come highly recommended for all your landscaping projects.

We have had a rotten deck for a couple of years to the point where someone was likely to fall through and hurt themselves. We called Action Home Services for a quote to help replace it and give us options. Jon arrived right on time the day he was planning to come. He took a look at the property. We decided to use inter-locking and Jon gave us a fair estimate. We decided to go on with the project. Once we decided to go for it, Ron came over to give us a more accurate estimate as he was going to be our project manager. A couple of days before he arrived we had a massive wind storm that essentially ripped out our gate, took a post out of the ground, and had a major portion of our fence falling down.

We had asked Ron if AHS also replaced fences and gates. They sure did. In fact we also asked if it would be okay to demolish our shed, which was also falling down (we've had this shed for a long time). Ron had no issues doing that and would also lay down a brand new concrete pad to fit a new storage shed.

We had a great experience with AHS. Ron was great to deal with. He was always making sure we were good and that we had what we needed and were taken care of.

Konstantin and his crew came in to help demo the existing deck, fence and shed. They then laid down the inter-locking and added coping to surround our inground pool. They also helped build some steps using the coping and interlocking to help us get in and out of our back door. Konstantin's team were professional and were always ensuring our needs were met.

Timothy and his crew came and installed a new fence and gate. Again they were very professional and responsive throughout. The fence looks outstanding - strong, solid and ready to withstand future wind storms.

We are very happy with Action Home Services, and would highly recommend them for anyone looking to make improvements around their home. If we had another project in the future, we would definitely reach out to them again. Thank-you Jon, Ron, Konstantin, Timothy and everyone else that worked tirelessly on our project.

It's been nothing but a positive experience! Renat and crew were very professional and the work that was done in the backyard was quicker than I expected! That being said, that did not deter from the quality of work and the results were better than what I envisioned! I had a lot of questions with regards to the project, but they were more than happy to provide them in detail! Otherwise, the process in determining and finalizing the project was quite simple and efficient.

Any future landscaping/outdoor renovations I have - I wouldn't hesitate to contact these guys again!

We had a challenging project. Our lot is steeply sloped and it was a very difficult demo removing old 6-foot tall retaining walls and endless amounts of grey concrete bricks. We got quotes from numerous contractors who tried to gouge us. AHS was the only company that gave us a quote that wasn't disproportionately marked up. Most importantly, they stuck to within $1,000 of the quote they gave. These guys are honest and have a sense of pride in their work. The quality of the work was A+, and I believe better than what other companies who would have charged more would have done. We are thrilled with the end result. Anton and the crew were diligent throughout and did a great job. They kept a very clean worksite, were respectful of the neighbours, and answered all of my many questions. I would recommend Action Home Services to anyone!

We were looking to have a patio in our backyard so we could enjoy the area more. After interviewing a few contractors, we settled on AHS. When Eugene came to look at the area and discuss what we were planning, he was patient and listened attentively. He gave a detailed estimate of the cost of the project. Furthermore, he added pictures of past projects where the patios had lights. I really liked how they looked and while it added a bit more money to the cost, it was an amazing addition. Even my husband who wasn't too thrilled initially is so happy we added this....thanks Eugene! When Esteban and his crew came to install the patio, they were polite, professional and cleaned up after they finished each day. They consulted us on the layout and position of the lights before installing. In fact, Esteban provided a suggestion for the lights which was different from what we were thinking, but in the end, we went with his suggestion and are so glad we did. They really know what they are doing. He also provided his suggestion for some pavers we wanted leading to the patio and in the end his layout really works. The work started on a Monday and was done by Friday with a day lost due to rain. We will definitely be hiring AHS when we are ready for our next project. We highly recommend them. Very professional and responsive. We are already enjoying the patio. Thank you AHS!

Replaced an 12 years old wood deck with a composite one. Added door to access storage under the deck and added privacy screens at each end. They build custom frames for privacy metal design screens that I had ordered separately as well. Team was on time, on budget, very professional and made sure that I was satisfied with all the work done and confirmed that they were building as per design all the way. Was done fast but well. I am very happy with their work. I have already booked them for fence work.
