The previous roof was done about 12 years ago but deteriorated, although it has a warranty for 50 years . when we called Sears they referred us to the shingles company and stated that the warranty was only for shingles not for labour. The maximum offered is $1000.00 out of $12000.00 payment.
Breno Roofing company is reliable, all the staff are friendly, the work was neat.
The minor extra field work requested was done like fixing some light bulbs.
They took care of the patio furniture by themselves.
Breno Roofing helped us in filling the application to ask for compensations for the previous roof.
The only bad item was with the driver of the waste pen, as he did not check below the pen for nails.
The Company apologized and came to clean after him.
