Trust Build

I live in an old farmhouse with windows which had last been replaced in the 80's after a fire. They were in horrible condition, letting in drafts in winter and they were completely foggy due to condensation between the panes. Iliya contacted me almost immediately. Because the restrictions for COVID-19 had just started, we decided on a What's App video call instead of a personal visit. Iliya spent a lot of time answering my questions and ensuring he understood what it was that I wanted. At the end of our conversation he gave me a quote that was better than I had expected. Then we waited until the government lifted the restrictions for the final set of measurements to go ahead. Part way through thd waiting process I received a call from the office apologizing that due to the restrictions we had to hold off on starting the project. I am so thankful that Trustbuild is mindful of their employees' and customers' health in holding off of completing jobs until cleared to do so by the government. Then as soon as the restrictions were lifted Omar came out to do the measurements, we waited 3 weeks for the windows to be manufactured to specifications and then the installation date was set. Omar came right on time and installed all five windows by early afternoon. He didn't leave any debris in the yard or in my home. He showed me how the windows worked and then he left. He was friendly and professional in his demeanor and did a beautiful job. Iliya contacted me the day before, apologizing he would not be there in person. From start to finish, I felt like I was cared for as a customer and that I was in trustworthy hands. My first ever experience like this and you made it an outstanding one.
