Gauvin was quick to commit, and showed up promptly for the timing. He was extremely professional, polite and able to point out various issues ranging from minor to major. His report was completed and sent to me the following day. Within that short time span he was able to provide a very detailed, easy to read PDF that included a wide range of information and pictures in relation to the house.
