we purchased a new construction home from Mattamy in the Milton area. Aside from the cosmetic items, we we didn't know what to be looking for to include on our 30 day Tarion list. After speaking to various people in the neighbourhood, and they had recommended Gavin from Home Inspection Perfection. So we gave him a call, he went through the services they offer. Along with a detailed step by step on what to look for. After feeling comfortable, we had hired him to do our 30 day inspection. He was on time and started right away. He provided details on his findings which there were many that we had missed and myself being a handy man wouldn't have known. the whole inspection took about 2.5 hours. Later at night he sent the detailed report with images and thermal images. The thermal images were crucial as we had experienced cold spots through out the house but couldn't pin-point the exact location.
We would definitely recommend Gavin to anyone looking for their home inspection needs.
