Wow, they exceeded my expectations! I had to move my appt twice and it was absolutely no problem. They gave me an accurate quote and did not charge a penny more. Thank you! Ehran arrived exactly on time and was very friendly, personable and knowledgeable. I cannot say enough about this young man. He was exceedingly polite and was honest in his assessment of being able to get stains out. He went above and beyond. He was able to clean all my carpets and dining chairs perfectly. In addition he cleaned 2 medium area rugs that I asked about at the last minute. He did not add any additional charge for this. I have not had service like this in any recent memory. It made my day, and very much appreciated. Thank you. He was efficient and ensured everything was cleaned to my satisfaction before he left, he was not in a rush to leave to the next job.
